Refund Policy

At Bay Area Custom Health Solutions, our goal is to provide exceptional care and patient satisfaction. Because our services are medical in nature and results vary by individual, we have the following refund policy:

Services

  • Fees paid for consultations, treatments, and medical services are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

  • Prepaid treatment packages may be eligible for partial credit if services have not yet been used. Credit may be applied toward other services within our clinic.

Products

  • Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or in-store credit.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

  • We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee being charged.

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in limited cases of documented adverse reactions, provider error, or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of clinic management.
